Microsoft has revealed the “most powerful console” in the market… as well as the most expensive one.
Just in time for E3, Microsoft introduced gamers to the Xbox One X. The new super console will be released on November 7 - retailing for €510/ £449. The console is smaller than its predecessor, sporting a black, sleek and minimal design.
The new system supports 4K, true immersive, gaming - 40% more than any other console. It features a six teraflop processor which runs at 1172 Mhz, 12GB of GDDR5 memory and a 2.3 Ghz custom central processing unit. This makes it significantly more powerful than its main rival the Ps4 Pro (4.2 teraflops).
It will feature exclusives like Forza Motorsport 7, Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, Sea of Thieves and Super Lucky’s Tale ‘the way they’re meant to be played’.
Some of Xbox’s big titles will be getting specially enhanced upgrades to match up to the new processing power, including Gears Of War and Shadow of Mordor.
